Ginebra San Miguel Gin used to be called Gin Bilog or Kwatro Kantos but now, it goes by the cool and hip name, GSM Blue.
GSM Blue is basically gin, which is a spirit stronger than vodka. It is now typically mixed with juice or clear soda, unlike before when it was taken as shots, followed by a “chaser” drink.

Another reason why I gained a couple of pounds in Bacolod was because of Calea, a pastry and coffee shop available nowhere else in the country but in that city.
I was able to visit two of their branches, the one beside L’ Fisher Hotel in Lacson Street and their branch in Robinson’s Place in Mandalagan (photo below). Their newest and third branch is in East Block, along the Circumferential Road.

Walking along Lacson Street in Bacolod during the MassKara Festival celebrations surely made me parched. Good thing there’s Bar 21 Restaurant located along 21st to quench my thirst and fill my hunger late at night.
And for my thirsty adventures, I tried their Plantation Bay Iced Tea.
