Sarimanok Wine Bottle Stopper From Portugal

Just wanted to share today this interesting wine bottle stopper from Portugal that looks like a Sarimanok for me.

When I saw it, I thought it was a souvenir from a local tourist destination in the country, but my friend said it was a pasalubong from his aunt who went to Portugal.

If Filipinos were wine drinkers, I’d imagine this kind of wine bottle stopper to be a common thing in our kitchen, won’t you agree?
