Looking for something sweet one night at the Alabang Town Center food court, I came across this new “dessert place” called Supreme Brazo Bars.
The store basically sells brazo de mercedes, but in single serving bars. Moreover, they also serve Lavazza coffee.
Lavazza is a world-renowned Italian coffee brand known for its quality espressos. The Lavazza blend was first invented by Luigi Lavazza in the early 1900′s and today, they claim to be the leader when it comes to quality and is the symbol of Italian espresso and Italian identity worldwide.
Nice huh? That piece of information came from the Lavazza website. 
Anyway, back to the store – Supreme Brazo Bars is owned by Ces Lopez. And she offers a wide variety of products and not just those brazo bars. Her shop also offers other pastries such as chocolate chip cookies and strawberry shortcakes, among others.
That was me buying the Pecan Beach Party – a brazo bar with Pecan nuts inside. Quite tasty and delicious I should say.
Supreme Brazo Bars is located at the 2nd Floor Food Choices in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City. Visit them when you’re in the area.
I’m presently residing in UAE and because of that I will not be able to taste your supreme bazo bar. I had just seen this brazo bar during the show of Sweet Life with Lucy.
In this regard, I would like to ask favor if I can have please a copy of your supreme brazo bars recipe.

Mymy, I’m so sorry but I can’t give you the recipe, I really keep it close to my heart, but I can send you a box of assorted brazo bars right at your doorstep in UAE, haven’t done that, but I’ll find a way. Hope it will work. Pls find a way to send me your address. Pls take care.
