Freezy Iced Tea by Halo Halo De Iloko

A couple of weeks ago, I went to La Union to learn how to surf with friends.

And for lunch, while waiting for our surfing lessons to start, we went to one of the best known restaurants in the area – Halo Halo de Iloko.

Most of the food on the menu in Halo Halo de Iloko are either made of healthy vegetables or laden with heart stopping bagnet. But whichever you decide to order, you’ll surely have a delicious and filling meal.

And what do you drink with all those food? I chose the freezy iced tea!

I actually got curious about the drink when I saw it on the menu. The weather outside was really hot and the name of the drink was really inviting – that’s why I ordered it.

How was it? Well, it’s very refreshing. It’s actually just your typical instant iced tea served with lots of crushed ice – which I believe is the best way to serve instant iced tea.
