I attended the Philippine Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011 in Clark, Pampanga last February 12 and I could say that it was an overall fun day for me.
I was in the venue from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM – walking around taking pictures, chatting with friends whom I’d accidentally meet there, eating and drinking ounces of buko shake from Chingu Buko House.
A homegrown Pampanga business, Chingu Buko House has definitely mastered the art of making delicious and refreshing buko juice and buko shakes.
Their buko shakes are creamy, sweet and perfectly ice blended. It’s really hard for me not to come back again and again there all throughout the day.
How about you? Did you go to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta this year? Did you get to try Chingu Buko House? I hope you did.
