Trellis ‘n Vines Davao: Mixed Fruit Shake and More

If you’re looking for a hearty meal in Davao City, I suggest you visit Trellis ‘n Vines.

It was one of our stops during the Davao Food Appreciation Tour (DFAT) 2011 and it’s where I was able to drink a unique mixed fruit shake made of watermelon, banana, mango and avocado.

Pao Pao Xiao Chi: Milk Teas, Fruit Teas and More

Last weekend, I was invited to attend a blogger event at Pao Pao Xiao Chi.

The store, whose name means “very full” (Pao Pao) and “small snacks” (Xiao Chi), is where you can find authentic Taiwanese tea-based drinks and Taiwanese street food items at very affordable prices.

Guimaras Island: On Shrines, Beaches and Mango Shakes

To compliment my previous post on Visita Iglesia churches, I thought I’d share with you my Guimaras Island trip last January.

If you’re going to Guimaras Island, you’d have to go take a boat from Parola (to get to Buenavista) or Ortiz Port (to get to Jordan). Tourists typically take the Jordan Port route which is a 10-minute ferry ride from Iloilo City.
