Bo’s Coffee: Biscotti Amaretto and More

Last weekend, Bo’s Coffee has officially opened their newest store located at the heart of the flourishing Nuvali community in Solenad 2, Laguna.

I was fortunate enough to be invited during the branch’s blessing and got to taste their latest offering, the Biscotti Amaretto summer beverage and the Fillet O’ Dory Cream Sandwich.

I seldom go to Nuvali, but after seeing the place now, with so many establishments now open. I’m thinking of going there more often. I like how the ambiance is very laid back there.

The Bo’s Coffee branch there features their new interior design concept which will soon be rolled out to other branches – which is a showcase of old buildings and landmarks in Metro Manila.

Well, enough of the sight-seeing and on to the menu. First, a look at their Lenten offering – the Fillet O’ Dory Cream Sandwich.

It’s a golden brown, crispy breaded cream dory fish fillet with fresh lettuce in tangy tartar sauce. I find this one really good honestly. I hope they extend this beyond Lent.

And secondly, the official summer beverage at Bo’s Coffee – the Biscotti Amaretto.

It’s a blended coffee with biscotti and Amaretto syrup topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle and crushed biscotti sprinkles. A must-have drink for almond-flavor lovers; personally, I like it specially how the biscotti sprinkles add texture to the drink.
